It has a visitor information center on the 2nd floor. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor. A big common area with tables. There are a number of vendors selling food. There is a sishi restaurant and shark museum on the 2nd floor. Many other shops on both floors.

A friendly and helpful Information Centre about the Kesenumma and Tohoku region - with an English speaker on hand for international visitors. You can rent bikes here (both e-bikes and regular ones) to cruise around, which is a nice way to get to know the city. The building is also home to a large range of locally produced seafood, seaweed and other foods, with a number of restaurants making up the complex; and the Ice Aquarium, Shark Museum and Kesennuma Fish Market are all close by. Pay it a visit!

Has a line of restaurants serving fresh produce and the price is reasonable. On the 2nd floor there is a tourist office and there is also a connection to the fish market next door. Nice place to have lunch. The shark museum and ice museum are also in this building

Ice Museum and Shark Museum are quite good. Shark Museum doesn't seem to cater for English so best to take a native speaker along if you don't speak Japanese. Nice collection of Seafood restaurants on the first floor and souvineers. Shark Museum also contains a good chronicle of the towns recovery from the 2011 Tsunami and Earthquake.

This place had so many fresh sea foods and so reasonable! I wish I could buy fresh sea foods and share with my husband :p Their had also delicious souvenirs ! When I visited here sea pineapples were seasonal, it was so good ! I ate with sashimi and marinated style.
