店員の接客スキルが皆無。
売場の店員は品出しに夢中で挨拶は無い。通路を塞いでも出すのに夢中。
レジもいらっしゃいませ、お待たせしました。ありがとうございます。など基本の言葉が少ない。
閉店間際は混み合うがレジのおばちゃんはレジの清算を優先するので、毎回長蛇の列になる。
朝は遅くていいから、あと1時間は営業して欲しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広くて見やすいです。伊那店にはないものがあったりするので、商品を見るのが楽しいです。ペット用品も、売られているものが伊那店と若干違います。箕輪店にはキャットタワーがあります。ペットのおやつは伊那店の方が豊富です。
店員さんは普通です。あまり印象がないです。売り場で女性店員さんがすごく大きい声で話をしていて、声でか！ってなったくらいです。そんなどうでもいい話は裏でしてくれよ。
ペットショップは、かわいいよりかわいそうが勝ります。猫ちゃんを一日中(夜寝るときも)あの狭い展示から出さないと聞いてゾッとしました。今は改善されてるかもしれませんが。
