★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の人がただ景勝地だからキレイな景色が見たいと気軽に行くと大変な事になります。
一応迷わずに進めるように目印が所々にあり、ハシゴやロープが張られているところも有りますが、基本的には天然のフィールドアスレチックが延々と続くと思ってください。場所によっては滑落、転落の危険もあります。特に危険な所には侵入禁止のロープと看板も有りますが、朽ちている所が大半です。
トレッキングにしても前半は通常の山道ではなく巨大な岩が重なった渓谷ですので、普通の登山ともまた違う気がします。
あとは虫や野生動物(猿や熊など)への準備は必須です。

Even for trekking, the first half is not a normal mountain road but a valley with huge rocks, so I feel that it is different from normal mountain climbing.
