でも、臭いがあるためか、人が少ない。
 Good location, precious green space on the building side.
But because of the smell, there are few people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 植え込みは伸び放題でベンチは腐っている。側面の壁にゲンゴロウのレリーフがあったので、ビオトープでも設置されているのかと思ったらそんなことはなかった。
形だけ屋上緑化して、まともに管理する気が感じられない。
The planting is unlimited and the bench is rotten. There was a relief of Gengorou on the side wall, so that was not the case when I thought that it was also installed in the biotope.
I don't feel like managing the rooftop greenery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 屋上というか広いテラスですが、つまりコンクリート構造物の上の緑地ということです。通り側から見ると一寸目を引くデザインですが上がってみるとゴーストタウン的な背筋の寒いような雰囲気が何故か漂ってきます。その意味でも都会の貴重な場所かもしれません(w)
