★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a nice wide place next to the river where you can sit and relax and look out at the other side. The view isn't amazing, but it's quiet, which is rare in Tokyo, and it's several degrees cooler. The ret of the park is pretty nice too. Places for dogs to run and stuff for kids to play on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here but really impressed. Lots of equipment for kids, a big grassed area for ballgames and a decked area by the river for bikes and jump rumps. A nice find!

There are toilets and vending machines and a convenience store less than 100m away if you want anything.
To the north is the Shinkansen line arcing round, to the west is the mono-rail.
It is calm and easy walking distance from the hustle and bustle of Shinagawa Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A playground about 1 km from Shinagawa station. A surprisingly large green space with plenty of space to run and many modern playground equipments. Clean bathrooms. Great place for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really thirst with a good park nearby to walk my dog and finally found this park! I became 10X happier with my Tokyo life after I discovered this one. If you are a dog lover, you will agree with that there is not many real park where a dog can sniff the Earth and grass. However, this is the park you must go if you seek those nature!! Highly recommend this park and you can also use free dog run inside park if you registered your dog to the local regional office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little park with green grass. Lots of things for kids to play on - little climbing wall, slides and swings.
You can lay out a nice leisure sheet and have a picnic.
Park doesn't get too busy so definitely a great place to relax.
Recommended if near the area.

Everything is there 2 swings for toddlers, 2 for younger children, slides, walking path, a lawn (playing area) and a convenience store (maruetsu and ATM too) so u can also buy some stuff once u finish playing with ur little one. One beautiful fountain is there. Public restroom is also there.
