j	jnk i on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフに対しても客に対しても、コロナ対策が進んでる印象。時々しか行かないから、毎回、新しい対策をしていて驚く。かなり前から、スタッフが手袋をつけていて、品物には極力触れない、自分で袋詰できるように、レジ脇に余裕があった。自宅近くの別のコンビニと這う油泥の差だった。温かみよりも安全を優先するのは致し方ないと思う。コロナ出したら休業してスタッフも働けなくなってしまうし。昨日は現金で公共料金支払いをしたら、レジ前のパネルで自分で操作して、スタッフはお金に触れず、振替用紙の控えにスタンプ押して、返してくれる所だけだった（そこがアナログなのは発行者側の問題だしね）。つい、「すごいですね～！」と言ったら「普通ですよ」と平然と答えられてしまった(^_^;)。昼間は、宅急便の箱が欲しいと訪ねたら、別の女性のスタッフが、売り場の棚まで案内してくれて細かく教えてくれました。梱包できる場所も提供してくれたし、PUDOを知らなかったから、レジで受け渡ししましたが、次回出すときはこの店のPUDO使おうと思います。ここの店、そんなに悪くない印象ですよ、私は（はすむかいの、ローソンのスタッフは総じて愛嬌がいいかもしれないけどね） Impression that corona measures are progressing for both staff and customers. 細	細山菜月 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家が近くで、昼間や夕方、夜中も良く通うんですけど、昼間の方々の私語が多いと思います。特に「とよだ」って人は、私がレジの前で待ってたのに、タバコかなにかの整理をしいて、私に気づいているのにしらばっくれて、もう1人の人が慌てて対応してくれました。業務も大事だろうけど、お客様への対応は考えた方が良いと思います。夕方の若い子たちの方がテキパキ仕事している印象で、態度が以前よりも良くなっているなぁという感じです。何か改善の指導があったかのように感じます。夜中の人達は比較的凄い愛嬌が良く、見ている感じだとかなりの仕事量をこなしていました。(コンビニって多分夜中が作業多いのが普通なんだろうけど)そのような中でもお客様への対応や接客は素晴らしいと思いました。夕方や夜中の人達のマナーが良くなってきたからこそ、昼間の人達の働き方も変わっていけばもっと良いお店になると思います。 My house is near, and I often go there during the day, in the evening, and in the middle of the night, but I think there are many private words for people in the daytime.
