火曜日の夜でしたが、まさかのノーゲスト。
緊急事態宣言の度重なる再発・延長で、大阪市中心部の飲食店が大打撃を受けてることを、またまた実感しました。
ロシア料理を夜に食べに来て、ウォッカも無しでは、人は来ませんよね。
店主さんも、暇過ぎるとのことでした。
夏に登場する、可愛らしいビーツのピンク色のボルシチも、今年は準備がないようでした。慎ましく、ピクルスアソートと普通のボルシチをいただきました。いつもよりボルシチが煮詰まり，辛いような。
ますます気の毒です。
コロナ禍がおさまった後に、あのボルシチも復活してますように。

The cute pink borscht of beats, which will appear in the summer, also seemed unprepared this year. I was humble and had a pickle assortment and a regular borscht. Borsch is boiled more than usual and it seems to be spicy.
I'm more and more sorry.
May that borscht be resurrected after the corona wreck has subsided.
