不動産仲介業者を通じてマンションを売却したが、買取済物件のリノベーションの発注を「自社名義」ではなく勝手に「前入居者」名義で発注するというトンデモ会社。
で、中電の工事担当から「電気工事に来たが中に入れなくて困る」との連絡が「退去済みの人」の携帯電話に来るという。
つまり「退去済みの人、しかも他人名義・携帯番号でリノベーションを発注する」というトンデモ仕事内容。
しかも、発覚後でも詫びもしない。
会社・組織としてどうなの？
