★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C3を厚木で2年落ちの中古を買った者です。まず、車の感想ですが、?ということが多いです。センサーは過剰についているが、制御がないため意味がない。ミラーをたたむのが手動(最新は自動?)、ナビやCDがない、モニターとの連動型、しかもipadしか対応がないため使えない。シートの設定が特殊で使いこなせない。・・・文句はたくさんある車です。燃費もちなみに悪いです。MINIを乗っていましたが排気量はこちらの方が小さいはずが燃費は一緒でした。買ってさっそくリコール3つ。世田谷に住んでいることから目黒にお願いすることに。2か月先になったが代車つきで対応いただきました。売れているのかサポートがパンクしてしるようなイメージがあります。リコールについてご迷惑をかけているとかのお詫びがない。こちらが持って行って当り前のように作業するところはかなりイメージが悪い印象がありました。その後、1回目の車検を迎え民間にお願いすることにし、納車日にABSのランプがついていて車検ができないということに。早速こちらに連絡しリコールのときにはどうだったかを聞くとランプがついていなかった(正常だった)とのこと。とにかく、一度みてほしいと連絡し、代車なしなら対応できるとのことで、しかも保証が車検までだったので、それまでに依頼することに。もちろん、ABSのランプがついていることの落ち度は完全にこちらへの疑いがありお詫びも代車の無理もなし。テスターで調査しながら調べますとのことで代車はレンタカーしたらいいやと持っていき、納車し、10分くらいでしょうか、担当がやってきて、Absのランプはついていないというので、いやいやおかしい、と思い、車にいくと、なにをして今度はつかない車になっていました。どういうこと?しかも、このままだと有料になると衝撃な言葉が。頭にくるというか、あきれました。この半年、不十分にストレス、車の修理でストレスしかなかったとさすがの外車ではなく、廉価品のようです。あぁ、bmwに下取りしようときめました。その後、車のドアタッチがいうことがきかず、キーから鍵をしめてその日は駐車場に。翌日、何事もなかったように、absのランプがついていました。一時的にセンサーを切った?まさかな。とにかく、電子系が弱いようです。シートベルトのセンサーとabsが連動しているのか、シートベルトをするとABSは消えます。タッチキーがたまに聞かなくなります。シートベルトのセンサーが空席でつきます。幽霊がのっている? エンジンがかぶりまくります ギアのチェンジがスムーズでない? 低速でピストン運動を必ず一回させられます。エンジン音はダサいです。これは今時ではありませんが。デザインは悪くないですが、買って満足より、目立って恥ずかしいが先に勝ちます。乗っている人が女性かおしゃれな男性がおすすめです。おっさんははじかしいです。以上、車とディーラーの感想です。ちなみに厚木店も同じくで、他力本願で、近くでやれの一点ばりです。シトロエンよ、サポートが一番ですよ。なぜなら満足があってのリピートであり、口コミですよ。このままでは必ず日本流通から撤退することは間違いありません。これは忠告ですので改善をお願いします。

受付の女性も要領を得ない。
予約は電話やメールで何度も念を押し、担当者の名前を控えておくことをおすすめします。
日時を確認して行ったのにパーツがまだ届いていない。クルマの整備が終わってない、ということが何度も繰り返されました。
営業から整備に申し送りがされていないことが頻発。代車の準備を確認して予約したにもかかわらず、代車が用意されていない。
ウンザリです。
目黒通りを通るたびにいやな思い出にイライラします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族がお邪魔した際、予約せず行ったのも申し訳なかったですが、見たい車が「(立ってた位置から見て)後ろにございますのでご自由にどうぞ」と案内され、そのスタッフが裏に消えてしまってしばらく帰ってこなかったため、"後ろにあった"車に乗ったら、実は別のお客様の納車されたばかりの車だったようです。車の後ろにそのお客様と営業スタッフがいたのに、乗った時に絶対見えていたはずなのに、スタッフからは何も声をかけられず、家族が乗り込み、その後出ようとした時に勢いよくドアが開いてしまい、ほんの少しドアが当たってしまったようですが、家族が勝手に乗ったと勘違いしたようで、ものすごい勢いでお客に怒鳴られたそうです。スタッフの案内通りにしただけなのに、一方的に怒鳴られ続け、びっくりして言葉が出ず、体調が悪くなってしまったとのことでした。そのお客様にはもちろん謝りましたし、入り口で名前など記入しているので何かあれば連絡をと伝えたそうですが、怒鳴られてる間スタッフは立ってるだけで、何も声をかけてくれなかったそうで、傷が無いかだけを確認して終わったそうです。
そもそもなぜスタッフは、納車されるお客様の車に他人が乗ろうとした際、注意を促さなかったのでしょうか???
こちらもずっと車に乗ってる者なので、もし自分の新しい車に知らない人が乗ろうとしてたら止めると思いますし、良い気分ではないのは理解できるので怒るのは当然かと思いますが、普通は乗る前にスタッフが止めるところなのではないでしょうか?
また、最初に"後ろ"と案内してきたのは、実は50mほど離れた裏にある外の車のことだったようです。後ろと裏ってだいぶ意味が違うと思いますが。
違うメーカーから乗り換えを検討していましたが、杜撰な対応からの勘違いでトラブルに巻き込まれ、スタッフのフォローもなく他人に怒鳴られ続け、怖い思いをしたのでもう二度と足を運びたくないと申しておりました。
もし閉店間際で待ち時間が長く、接客が難しいのであれば、最初から案内を断ってほしかったと思います。
こちらのお店には初来店で、勝手が違ったのかもしれませんが、別の販売店なら有り得ない対応だと思いました。

しかし、試乗コースは狭い道が多く車をしっかり体感するには難しいです。(場所的に仕方ないとは思いますが)
