★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yukio and his bar is a true gem in Itabashi. The format of his bar is 500yen for every item at Mahoro. His drink menu is extensive and food menu is great. Although English is not spoken, he does his best to accommodate his clientele. If you want a true Japanese experience with a class act in a cozy setting, this is your place. Hands down, best in Itabashi!
