★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山では1番といっていいくらいしっかりしたお酒を提供できるバーだと思います。マスターがまたまた雰囲気を醸し出していていい感じです。確かもう営業を開始して20年くらい経つとかで大山のバーでは老舗中の老舗なんですね。わたしはいつもバーボンやラム酒、スコッチ系を飲みますがお酒の種類が物凄く豊富で飲んだ事の無いお酒をよく提供してくれるのもお気に入りの理由の１つなんです。自宅の近くに本格的なバーがあると仕事の帰りにチョコっと寄れて自分だけの時間が楽しめるそんな場所が私にとってはココレボルさんなんです。

ウイスキーを扱うお店が周辺に多くここもその例に漏れないのですが、その他にリキュールを豊富に揃えてあって本格的なカクテルが楽しめる店、となると、大山ではまずここに足を向けることになるでしょう。
カクテル好きとして重宝しています。
マスターの知識やこだわりについて幾分か伺いましたが、店内の落ち着いた上品な雰囲気はマスターあってのものなんだなと、彼の豊かな経験を感じさせる味わい深い空間です。
初めて来店した時は日中よくないことばかり起こって散々な目に遭いましたが、その夜にこのお店でいいお酒が呑めたので上機嫌で帰ることができました。
また来ようと思います。
