バ	バイキンパンマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『山芋オクラの冷麺～のどごし麺とコクのスープ』を頂きました。たまたま見ていたテレビ番組で紹介されていたので食べに行きましたが、味はちょっと期待はずれでした。・麺茹で過ぎていたようで、冷麺に欲しい弾力がありませんでした。・スープ出汁が薄いのか旨味が少なく、塩味も控えめでした。そこにごま油をたらしているために、味はあまりないのに妙に油っぽさと香りが目立つスープになってしまっている印象でした。・具定番のタマゴ、キムチ、蒸し鶏に加え、山芋オクラ、根菜＆たけのこ（きんぴらのような味）が載っています。スープの味が薄いので具の味を濃くしてバランスを取っているのかと思いましたが、そういう訳ではありませんでした。上に載せる具を工夫する前に、麺とスープの基本的な部分を改善した方が良いのではないかと思います。 I received "Yamaimo Okra Cold Noodles-Nodogoshi Noodles and Rich Soup".
