「勧請稲荷大明神は慶長十年三河國播豆郡麦池村より移す」
神社銘石碑の側面に上記の記載あり。何のことかさっぱりだが、元は静岡から来たものらしい。徳川の関東入国に関係するか。合祀社であるようだ。
暗くて良く分からなかったが、お堂の中に板石塔婆と思われる石が見られた。
