近所にできたので行きました。先生はとても優しい口調で診察も丁寧、きちんとこちらが言いたいことを全て聞いてくれてきちんと答えてくれます。リハビリ、レントゲン技師の方も親切丁寧。 ただ受付は最低、仮にも病院の受付という場所で働く人とは思えない冷たい物の言い方、いつもです。人としてまずどうかなというレベル。先生はいいけど受付が嫌で通うの辞めたという人かなりいます。

混みます。受付開始の時間(八時半)にいくと50番目ぐらいになります。(大半はリハビリされるご高齢の方々です。それでも)約2時間程度待ちです。 しかし、それは先生が診察で丁寧に話を聞いて、説明してくださるということの裏返しでもあります。信頼できる先生だと思います。 また、看護士さんたちも丁寧で腕がいいと思います。 自分は採血したもらうことが多いですが、迷い針や差し間違えが無いのはもちろん、痛みすら感じたことはありません。ちょっと驚きです。 受付の方は、愛想を振り撒くような感じではないですが、丁寧な言葉使いだと思います。 ただ、時間でもなんでも、制度上決まってることにはしっかり断るので、融通をきかせてほしい滑り込みの方々は不満を持つかもしれません。(自分にとっては、決まりが曖昧になって[その時その時で対応に差が出る]ことがないので、逆に好印象です。)

自宅の近くにあるのだが、受付に対するクチコミがあまりに悪く躊躇していた。先日重い腰を上げ受診することにし、8時半過ぎに到着すると、すでに30-40人受付済。クチコミに書かれている受付って誰だ?気になるので、しばし観察。容姿からしてあれかと思うのはいたが、この日は目立って不快な対応には思えず。ただ、受付の3-4人とも気軽に質問できるような雰囲気ではないのは確か。不快まではいかないが、大変クールな印象を受けた。対照的に、中で診察等に携わっているスタッフさん達との差がありすぎるため比べられてしまうのだろう。 中へ案内され問診表に補足を入れるスタッフ。検査技師、そして院長先生の診察は大変素晴らしく、不安に苛まれている患者に寄り添った、非常に親切で丁寧な口調の診察だったように思う。MRIを希望し、結果を待ち最後の診察を終えるとお昼を随分過ぎていて正直疲れてしまったが、私自身の感想としては受診してよかったと心から思う。 星5つにしたいところだが、やはり受付時に新患への気配りや配慮がもう少し足りない様に思えたのでマイナス1。よくよく見ると、周りに案内は書いてあるが、次々受付する中で読んでる間もなかった為、診察の人→名前を記入後に番号札を発券するべきところだったのを取らずに居た。発券すると、外出先からでも診察の進み具合が分かり、間に合うように戻ってくれば良かったらしい。教えてくれよー。待ち時間の間に用事を済ませることが出来たのに、無駄に待ち続けたのが悔しい。座ってるのって辛いんだぜ。

MRIがあるので行きました。 先生は物腰の柔らかい方で、目を見て丁寧に模型を使って説明してくれるので安心感があります。リハビリは受けていないのでわかりませんが先生と設備は良いと思います。 難点は待ち時間が長めなのと患者が多すぎて一人一人に時間をかけれないところかと思います。 いつから導入されたかわかりませんが番号札を受け取りQRコードで順番をネットで見れるようになったので待つのが楽になりました。
