★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takahashi san is the sweetest, most precise piercer I've ever met. She doesn't speak English but she's extremely welcoming and professional.
I went in for a simple lobe piercing and she took her time to explain all the details (we were communicating in Japanese, but she has English material ready in case I didn't understand).
I was hesitant at first considering that the price is stellar if compared to Italy, but everything was perfect. Takahashi san also offered me to come back and have her check on me and change the jewel for free.

From the well-explained aftercare process from Kana san, to the piercing itself from Takahashi san, every step was handled with extreme care and the utmost professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for any and all piercings you might think of getting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really quick and easy process! Takahashi explained cleaning care prior to the piercing and the actual piercing was very quick and clean. Although I can communicate in Japanese, she knew some English too so it made communicating easy and comfortable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a piercing done by Takahashi san today. She was incredibly sweet and informative, both before and after the procedure, which by the way went super quickly and smoothly! She ensured that I was not confused about anything the whole time I was there, and gave me words of encouragement throughout as well.
Would definitely come back here for another piercing!
