た	たか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日19時過ぎに友人へのプレゼントを買いに寄らせてもらいました。コロナ禍により入店制限をしており、お客さん4〜5名、店員さんもそれぞれ対応してました。私はハンドソープを買うつもりで来店したので、購入の場合は直接レジに行くことができ即購入できました。店員さんは忙しいながらも丁寧に対応していただけました。 After 19:00 on weekdays, I stopped by to buy a present for my friend. The store is restricted due to the corona virus, and 4 to 5 customers and the clerk also responded. I came to the store with the intention of buying a hand soap, so I could go directly to the cash register and buy it immediately. The clerk was busy but polite.

千	千利休 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aesopは以前から好きで、日本の店舗だと松屋銀座、銀座路面店、六本木ヒルズ店等、色々利用させていただいたことがあります。当日は銀座の路面店に行くつもりでしたが、最近混んでいるようだったので偶然近くに寄ったこちらに伺いました。こちらでも少し列ができていて10分程度並びましたが、既に購入する商品が決まっていたので最初からささっとレジの列に入れてもらえました。忙しそうでしたが、私の接客をしてくださったお姉さんは丁寧な方でした。ギフト用のアイテムを購入しましたが、ギフトを受け取る相手に渡せるサンプル、自分用のサンプルについても欲しいものを確認してくださり、ギフト用のボックスを用意するかどうか、それとも本体を紙でラッピングするのかどうかも聞いてくださいました。今までAesopで買い物をしていて、無料のギフトボックスがあることを知らなかったのでちょっと嬉しかったです。 2週間程度前に松屋銀座店で同じくギフト用の商品を購入したときには、自分用のサンプルも相手用のサンプルも何もいただけず、ギフト用のボックスがあるなんて一言も教えていただけませんでしたので。。今度からこちらにお世話になろうと思います。 I've always liked Aesop, and I've used many Japanese stores such as Matsuya Ginza, Ginza Roadside Store, and Roppongi Hills Store. m	miwa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 製品は割と好きなんだけど女性の店員さんの愛想が悪くて嫌な気分になります。うまく表現するのが難しいですが、なんというかノリが悪いというか取っつきづらいなんとも言えない感じがすごく不快でした。あと、フレグランスを試供させてもらったんですが、手首を通り越してアウターにもろにかけられて泣きそうになりました・・・、30万くらいするアウターなんですが・・・。社員教育が行き届いていないんでしょう、製品は良いだけに残念過ぎます。あと、毎回石鹸で手を洗わないと入店できないのも商品を宣伝することが目的なんでしょうが、正直自分は面倒くさいです（この辺は人によって意見が分かれそうです）。手を消毒することが目的ならアルコールスプレーで十分じゃないですか、客に手を洗うことをいちいち強制するのはおかしいと思いますがね。どうしても店員さんのイメージが悪いのが頭を過るので、製品も嫌いになりそうです。 I like the product relatively, but the female clerk is unfriendly and makes me feel uncomfortable. K	Ku ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日17時過ぎに利用。新型コロナウイルス感染対策により、入店制限をしており、お客さん4〜5名、店員さんもそれぞれ対応してました。入店時に必ずハンドソープで手洗いをします。手洗い後にはタオルも差し出していただき、恐縮してしまいましたが、気持ちの良い応対でした。香りの違うハンドクリーム、ボディクリームを合計6つほど試用に快く応じていただきました。それぞれ気に入ったものを購入させていただきました。店内の撮影は控えましたが、木目と段ボールを使い、優しいデザインで居心地が良かったです。スタッフの皆さん、忙しい中でも笑顔を絶やさずに丁寧に対応されていました。 Used after 17:00 on weekdays.
