寄った際には長崎県諫早の在来種が食べられました。 天麩羅蕎麦にすると塩が付いてくるのでそれで蕎麦を手繰っても美味です。

2種盛りを頂きました。 今回は群馬県産の細めのお蕎麦と長野県の太めのお蕎麦でした。太めのお蕎麦はしっかりとコシがありました。どちらも美味しいです♪ 天ぷらはウドなどの山菜、コーンをお団子にしたもの、サツマイモの天ぷら、追加でチーズ天ぷらを頂きました。 天ぷらはサクサクで食感がとても良いです?ここまでサクサクな天ぷらはあまり無いかもしれません。サツマイモは甘みが強く、かかっているゴマと相性もよくとても美味しいです。 最後にはくず餅のデザートが出てきましたが、そばの実が入って美味しかったです。 印象としては、店内の雰囲気や食事の見た目、味、全てこだわりを感じ上品でした。加えて女将さんも非常に上品な方で、気高さを感じました。 銀座や神楽坂あたりの高級レストランのような格式の高さも感じられます。 場所が山奥であり、古民家の外観こそ写真はありますが店内は写真撮影もNGですので、田舎蕎麦や雑っぽさ、荒っぽさを求めて来るとイメージが違うかもしれないです。

完全予約制とのことでしたが、近くから電話して空きがあったため、すぐに入店出来ました。 趣のある古民家で、美味しい十割蕎麦とサクサクの山菜の天麩羅をいただきました。お値段はやや高めです。残念だったのは、蕎麦つゆが少なくて、しっかりつけて食べたい夫はもちろんですが、あまりつけない私でもやや物足りなかったです。 店内は撮影不可です。

野山天せいろ2種盛りをいただく。 天ぷらは、紅はるか(おいも)・とうもろこし、舞茸、わらび、山うど カラッとあがっていてゆかり塩で食べると素材の美味しさが十分に味わえる。特に舞茸ととうもろこしはお代わりしたいぐらい。紅はるかも甘〜い。 せいろは群馬産そば粉ともう1種(どこ産か失念)のせいろ2枚 1枚は細打ち、もう1枚は太打ち。つゆは辛めで蕎麦との相性抜群。デザートは蕎麦の実入りくず餅。最初から最後まで本当に美味しく大満足でした。 コロナ対策で、黙食を強いられますが当然のこと。また写真撮影禁止なので、傍若無人な撮影者に苛つくことなくお蕎麦が味わえます。

初めて訪問しました。 車のナビに住所を入力したら問題なく到着できました。 電話予約でせいろの枚数を聞かれ、お答えしてありました。 フードロスの削減になりますね。素晴らしい。 お蕎麦はコシがありとても美味しかったです。 恥ずかしながら幼少の頃から山菜が苦手で、本日の天ぷらもウドとワラビでしたが、せっかくなので注文しました。 来て見て、大きいな、食べれるかなと心配でしたが、サクサクしていて山菜独特のえぐみも殆どなく、美味しくいただけました。 初めて山菜をおいしいと思えました! 安納芋の天ぷらも、卵の天ぷらも、チーズの天ぷらも素材の味が活きていて美味しかったです。 お写真NGでしたので、写真は撮っておりませんが見た目も美しく大満足でした。 感染症対策もしっかりされていて、マスクを外した状態で会話されてる他テーブルのお客様にきちんとお声がけされていて、非常に安心しました。 また伺わせていただきます。

A must go to place if you love Soba in a refined traditional farm house. Subliminal. They also have a cheese tempura from Sen, winner of a national cheese contest in Japan. Not sure if it is available all the time. Please note: they are open only from 11 to about 1pm and they don't allow grade school children. Better to get reservations.
