M	Mayu Fujita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少量の金属の買取とリフォームで伺ったが、リフォーム前の付帯金属の一部まで下取りに出されていた。しかも小さいながら石がついているものだったのに勝手に。私としてはリフォームをお願いしたジュエリーの金属と下取りに出した金属は別物という認識だったのだが、小さなものとは言え返却されたら使おうと思っていたものを了承なく超最低価格で回収されたあげく別に要らない部分は返却され、認識の違いだったのだと思うが理不尽な思いをした。リフォーム自体は良いものになったが、最初に提示された金額を上回るものになったので不満が残った。お詫びをいただきたいくらいだ。 I asked about the purchase and reform of a small amount of metal, but even part of the incidental metal before reform was traded in. M	Mari Komuro Asano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店の前にメガネの修理、クリーニングのメニューがあるので(もちろん有料)赤ん坊に曲げられてばかりいた2-3年前からお世話になっています。時計のオーバーホールや、パーツの取り寄せ依頼などでも、近所ですし度々伺いますが、普通に依頼すれば普通の接客態度です。お二階の貴金属フロアは利用したことが無いですが、 1階の眼鏡、時計担当の男性2名はそれぞれのプロで、いつもすぐに不具合を見つけてはメンテナンスしてくれます。パリミキで購入したら全く調整してもらえず(ツルを曲げすぎないようにマニュアルでもあるのかもしれません)、ツルが真っ直ぐな眼鏡を持ち込んだら「これでは頭痛がひどかったでしょう」と気づき、ほんの少しの事だから、と無料で調整してくださったこともあります。以来、なにかあればすぐご相談しています。いつか何かお買い物してお返ししたいなと思うほどに、駆け込み寺にさせてもらっています。 There is a menu for repairing and cleaning glasses in front of the shop (for a fee, of course), so I have been indebted for 2-3 years since I was always bent by my baby.
