I was focusing on foster parent training and doing my best with great sincerity. I thought it was a good facility for children because the environment was well prepared.

それに、子供に暴力を振るった母親に子供を渡すとか頭がどうかしてるとしか思えない。こんないい加減な、職員しか居ない施設なんて必要ないと思います。
The story doesn't make sense at all and says only insane things. I don't think about children at all while saying about children.
Besides, I can only think that I'm crazy about giving the child to the mother who violently attacked the child. I don't think there is a need for such a sloppy facility with only staff.
