スタッフの皆さんがいつも温かく笑顔で迎えて下さって、とても癒されます☺️
毎月、季節にあった小物が置いてあって、ついつい衝動買いしちゃう事もしばしば…(笑)
多肉植物を購入した際には、とても丁寧に育て方とかアドバイスをしてくださって、ガーデニング好きな方にはもちろん、初心者の方にもとてもオススメのお店です?

まずは、お店までの導線にあるお庭がとっても素敵です。季節の花に癒される庭、憧れます。
お店に入ると、センスの良い雑貨たち。どれもかわいくて、ナチュラルからシャビー、男前インテリア好きにはたまりません。
スタッフの方もみなさま親切に対応してくださいます。
自分の好きなものに囲まれて心地よく暮らすこと、そんな夢を叶えてくれるお店です。

店舗内は、外構の相談コーナー、キッズスペース、ご自由にお飲みくださいの、ドリンクコーナー、庭用の雑貨販売、カタログやポストの見本がありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年位前のことですが、カーテンを買い替えたくて他店を回った後16時半ごろ入ってみました。どこを見ていいのか分からずキョロキョロしましたが、職員さんから見えるはずなのに知らん顔。声をかけたら出てきてくれましたが、簡単なカタログの説明だけして元の椅子に戻って行ってしまいました。
ちょうど仕事を終えて帰られる職員もおられるみたいで、もう閉める時間だから面倒くさいのかなと一緒に行った夫は言ってました。
当然カーテンは再度他店を訪問して買いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からどんな店だろうと気になっていましたが、多肉植物を探しに立ち寄りました。
目的のものは僅かにありましたが、メインはリフォームのようで、店舗の中にはマニアックな部屋のオブジェや飾りはありましたが、名前からイメージするホームセンターではなくて残念でした。
また、ただでさえ駐めにくい狭い入り組んだ来客用の駐車場に社用車が４台も一番駐めやすいところに駐めてあり、客に来て欲しくないのかと思うような印象でした。
店員も、客の動向には気にも止めず、レジに行っても応対する気配がない状態でなんの店って感じでした。

The clerk didn't care about the trends of the customers, and even when I went to the cashier, there was no sign of responding, and I felt like a store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外壁塗装と玄関ドアのことで相談させて頂きました。外壁は色褪せはしているものの雨漏りの心配はないこと、外壁がもう少し傷んでからのほうが塗料が付きやすいことなどから、3〜5年後の外壁塗装を勧めて下さいました。
実はホームデコさんとは別の塗装会社何軒かに見積もりをお願いしたのですが、見積もりに塗料のメーカーも品名も記載のない1.5倍近い金額の見積もりだったり、1週間ほどかかると言われた見積もりが1ヶ月それもこちらから請求してやっと手元に届いたりと、いい加減なところばかりだったので、ホームデコさんは担当の内田さんの姿勢を含め、とても好印象でした。
最終的に玄関ドアの交換のみお願いしました。工事は業者の方が予定よりも30分以上遅れての到着だったこと、業者の車が3台くるとなって慌ててお隣さんに駐車のお願いをしたりと、何点か残念なところがありましたが、工事のほうは満足しています。
改善して頂きたいこととして、あえて書かせて頂きましたが、またホームデコさんには今後もお世話になりたいと思っています。

Actually, I asked several painting companies other than Home Deco for a quote, but the quote was about 1.5 times the price without mentioning the paint manufacturer or product name, or it was said that it would take about a week. However, I requested it from here for a month and finally received it, so it was just a sloppy place, so Mr. Home Deco was very impressed, including the attitude of Mr. Uchida in charge.
Finally, I only asked for the entrance door to be replaced. There were some unfortunate points, such as the construction work was delayed by the contractor more than 30 minutes later than planned, and three cars of the contractor came in a hurry and asked the neighbor to park. However, I am more satisfied with the construction work.
I dared to write it as an improvement, but I would like to continue to take care of Mr. Home Deco.
