あ	ああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゴミのような管理会社です。新築に引っ越しましたが、まずインターホンからのオートロック解除が故障している。いやそこは確認しとけよと思いますが、管理会社に電話したら他の部屋からも問い合わせがあるとのこと。じゃあ伝えるべきでは？と言ったところ全ての部屋が使えないかはわからないと。いや確認しろよ、他の部屋で使えないみたいですけどどうですか？ぐらい言え。直った後もサイレントで通知なし。対応もめちゃくちゃで何かにつけて追加料金を取ろうとしてくる。解約後も管理会社の人間が来ることはなく、委託された人間が来て私の声は管理会社の声だとおもって下さいとか抜かし始める。建築の知識も全くなくただ家の状態を見るだけの人が何を言ってるのかと…。解約後、敷金などは返されましたが連絡は一切なし。こちらの連絡にも返信してきません。 1番驚いたのは解約を年末にしたら会社が休みだから伸ばしてくれと言ってきたこと。契約時にそんなこと言われてないし、なんでそちらの都合に合わせなきゃいけないのかと問い詰めたら問題なく解約できましたが、その後も電気だけは契約を続けといてくれ等本当にアホかと思いました。本当に最底辺の管理会社だと思います。2度と利用しません。 It's a garbage-like management company.
