We went the same day, gave them our conditions, and that same day we were able to see 5 apartments and immediately liked one. Because there seemed to be some competition for that place, the agent (Yasuhiro-san) made sure to call the landlord right away. They’re very helpful and really do their best to find the right place and make suggestions that you might not have considered as well. I recommend them!
