き	きじばる潜狸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 須藤公園の滝ですが、21年8月現在、水はちょろちょろとしか流れていませんでした。地下水という物は、雨が降ったら即出てくる排水溝のような物ではなく、何年も前に降った雨水が地面に溜まって出てくるものです。これだけ都市化が進んで道路がアスファルトに覆われ、建物も鉄筋コンクリートのビルばかり、雨水も排水設備で下水道に流れるような環境で、地下水の供給元も減り、河川も護岸工事されていますから地下水脈も変わっているのでしょうね。ただ、都市化や河川の護岸は今に始まった事ではなく、ずいぶん前からですので、おそらく水を足して流していたのではないかと想像します。この公園は滝の近くで水遊びが出来る環境ではありませんが、お隣の北区のコロナの感染症対策で滝野川公園も水を流すのをやめています。おそらくコロナで税収が減ったから予算がつかないか、夏場に涼を求めて公園が密になるのを避けるために滝に足す水を減らしたのではないかと想像します。私の地元も、春を目前にして並木のサクラの枝を軒並みざくざく切り落として痛々しいほどでした。コロナ対策で密にならない・ステイホームとは言いますが、屋外ですしフェスでもないので、もし私が邪推した通りの事ではないようならば、水を復活させるための取り組みをして欲しいと願います。もちろん、それは単に水を足して流すのみならず、周辺の緑化もそうですし、土壌に雨水を透過するような舗装をするなど、大規模で面倒な作業になるでしょうが…コロナ失業した方向けのニューディール政策としていかがな物でしょうか？ >東京都さん、文京区さん It is a waterfall in Sudo Park, but as of August 2009, the water was flowing only a little.
