そして、代車の確認をして修理依頼したら、前日になり部品の入荷がなく、お預かりできないって!それから9日たちますが連絡ありません。どーしましょうか?
I brought in the vehicle for a repair request, but I think that it was an excuse that I was able to do it again without any follow-up for 1 hour and 40 minutes. It is a dealer whose cause cannot be determined by making an estimate.
And when I checked the substitute car and requested repair, it was the day before and I couldn't keep it because the parts weren't in stock! It's been 9 days since then, but I haven't heard from you. What should I do?
