セールスマンも車も少ないのは、そもそもメーカーの車種が少ないので仕方ない。個性的な車を探している人には良いと思う。

無償修理を受けた。部品は交換されたがフタもカバーも外したまま、まともな謝罪もなかった。ドイツ車ディーラーとは違うのか?

修理で預けたらガラスコーティングが剥がれて返ってきたのでクレームではなく報告したらそんなはずは無いの一点張り。 初回の無料点検でアクセルの反応に時々タイムラグがあるので店長らしき男に言ったら、そんなもんだと言われました。 初回の車検で見積もりをしたら一声法定費用込みで28万近くと言われた。 バッテリーが高いとかで、それにしても経験上納得できないので他社で見積もりしたら値段が半分近くなので半信半疑でしたが他社に頼みました。 バッテリー他危なそうなパーツは全て交換してアクセルの反応も良くなり3ヶ月以上経つけど問題なく調子いいです。 このディーラーには客目線という概念は無いですね。

出来ないことは最初から出来ないと言って欲しい。出来ると言って1ヶ月待ったが連絡も無くこちらから連絡しましたが最初から対応する気もなかったようで時間を無駄にしました。ここの系列は売るだけ売ってあとは責任放棄。せっかくこちらの系列にお世話になろうとしたのに恩を仇で返されました。明らかに不良箇所があるのに自社ではやりたくないと言っているかのような対応。結局他のディーラーでしっかり対応してもらいましたので、金輪際こちらの系列ではお世話になりません。自社で販売した車に対して発言にあまりに責任感がなく甚だ残念です。

新しく出た208と205を見に初めて行きました。 まず店舗に入っての女性のいらっしゃいませとの挨拶がまるで無し。30分くらい滞在しましたが、帰りにカタログお持ちになりますか?どのような車おさがしですか?の営業の方の声掛けもなく、びっくりです。 帰りの車内でこちらの口コミを見て、納得。 車はいいのに、あの営業態度はもったいない。二度と行かないと思いました。 アウディ、フォルクスワーゲンと何台か乗り、それぞれのディーラーに通いましたが、接客は最低でした。 受け付けの女性の態度でそのお店の品格がわかりますよね。プジョーを買うときは違うお店にします。
