M	Me Tora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に行った人が大変よかったというので夜に訪問。鮨屋というより、グルメ系鮨懐石だった。一つ一つ手をかけて作るため、ものすごく待ちます。終わるまで3時間近くかかります。最後の方は正直疲れて味とかわからなかった。新潟の素材の味を期待していたのだけど、なんだかどれも記憶にないです。新発田の人と行ったのですが、コースだったからか、コースのお酒は普通の地元の酒で残念。「俺はこの金を払ってこの酒なのか」と…。お店がやりたいこともわかるので、自分とはマッチしなかったということで納得したい。お鮨屋さんなら新潟でなく金沢のお鮨屋さんの方が良いと思う。 I visited at night because the person who went there at noon was very nice. It was a gourmet sushi kaiseki rather than a sushi restaurant. I will wait tremendously to make each one by hand. It takes almost 3 hours to finish. The last one was honestly tired and didn't know the taste. I was expecting the taste of the ingredients in Niigata, but I don't remember anything. I went with a person from Shibata, but probably because it was a course, the sake of the course is ordinary local sake, which is a shame. "Am I paying this money for this sake?" I know what the store wants to do, so I want to be convinced that it didn't match me. If it's a sushi restaurant, I think it's better to have a sushi restaurant in Kanazawa instead of Niigata.

ち	ちんねんCure on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に5000円のコースをいただきました。桜ますの初モノがちょうど入り、脂と旨みが口の中に広がるのが凄く美味しくて、おかわりしました。血鯛の春子鯛を初めていただきましたが、大きくなった鯛では味わえない柔らかさでした。また、写真はないですが、まぐろでとったお吸い物が絶品です。優しい旨みが濃く出ていて感動しました。ありがとうございました。 I had a course of 5,000 yen for lunch. You can make a reservation from Pocket Concierge as an online reservation, but the price difference with the telephone reservation is moderate. The contents of the course are the same, so it may be better to make a phone reservation.

What Two people agreed and delayed one train lol 30 minutes by limited express from Niigata station, 15 minutes on foot. Even if it's far from Osaka, I definitely want to come again!
