★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is quite far from central of Tokyo, but it is really good place to stay for weekend.
There basically is everything I wanted, so it’s good that it’s not that close, otherwise I will spend too many money here. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of imported goods! The in-store bakery provides amazingly delicious bagels, cakes, cookies and other baked goods. Food court offers selection of hot food that is very well priced. Their pizza is my favorite!

After you factor in membership fees it's cheaper to shop at places like Lopia.
The people who shop here have no manners at all. Block isles with carts. No spacial awareness at all.
You have que in your car to get in.
Que to get into the store (show your card)
Que to pay.
Que to eat.
Que to leave the store and show your receipt.
Que to leave the carpark.
The parking lot is a mess. That has been improved since they installed the lights indicating vacant spaces but it's still horrible. Victoria Sports next door has blocked off one entrance so the ol' U-turn required for people approaching from the wrong side of the road is no longer possible and it makes going there that little bit more difficult.
The enterance should have been at the traffic lights...
It's an overall bad experience everytime I go.
I let my membership slip for 6months to see if it would improve. Didn't. Went in for Christmas cake. Didn't have the one I had last year. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can only visit Costco with a membership card / if your friend has membership card / with gift card bought by someone with membership card. But be aware, you are gonna need a car to go back home because not only the place is very far from station, you'll have so much stuff with you that going by public transport will be very hard!
When you're at the warehouse, definitely have lunch at the restaurant. It doesn't have as many varieties as ikea but the food is good. Also their soft cream was amazing.
It can get very crowded. So if you go with a friend, keep him /her in the queue for cashier before 30 mins and go look around by yourself a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the country Japan, Costco is going down. For example, multigrain bread, Contrex water, yogurt, salami, artichokes are not available for weeks or months. Getting certain types of cheese equals to a lottery game. Coke zero is only available in small cans and this is going on now for years. Over 5 years ago, Costco used to be a reliable source of great products. Over the years it gradually mutated towards a random low quality japanese super marketplace. Still, there are a few items left that make it worthwhile to go to Costco but that list has been shrinking for years. It's probably best to move back to the USA!

Thought we would beat the crowds by going on a weekday right when they opened -
we were very wrong!
First there’s only one entrance to get in so if you’re on the opposite side you have to make a u-turn and then it will take about 20 mins just to get to the parking garage and find parking.
The crowds were insane on a Friday morning. Not sure if it was because of the holiday season, but there was a literal line to get a rotisserie chicken. They couldn’t cook the chickens fast enough! I couldn’t get one.
The selection was the same as any other location but I felt this one was a bit smaller?
I’ve been to the Kawasaki location and that one seemed calm compared to this one. Maybe it was just bad timing but I don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Costco's parking lot wasn't as high as Shin Misato's Costco's, but spacious enough. The staff were friendlier here than at Shin Misato's location from my perspective and more visible in the sales floor to help. The store was crowded as usual but the products were stocked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very crowded and you need a membership card to enter the shop. Very difficult to control their very big shopping cart in that crowded shop.
I feel it's cheap but the thing is you need to buy it in bulk (Yes! it is a wholesale shop).
They have good quality imported items.
Fruit sanction is not recommended because it's not quality. I brought Banana and avocado. Both were not good.
They have a very big parking lot. So no need to worry about parking.
