★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8ヶ月の乳児の薬を間違えて処方されました。本来の処方箋より１日半分少なかったのですが、薬局に問い合わせたところデータ上は間違えていないから、こちらが間違えて１日２回のところを三回、または一度に２回分の薬を飲ませたのではと疑われ、足りない分のお薬も本来足りない分よりは少ない２回分は出します、と言われました。お薬の間違いはあってはならないことに加えて、対応も悪く、補充してもらったところでこちらで処方されたお薬は飲ませたくないので、もう一度病院にいき新しい処方箋をいただくことにしました。今回、命に関わるようなお薬ではありませんでしたが、このようなことは本当にありえません。当日担当した薬剤師も確認して渡さなかったから自信がないといっていると言われ、ミスの自覚がある様子でした。それならばきちんと謝罪するべきです。電話での問い合わせも、来店時も一度も申し訳ありませんとのことばはありませんでした。もう二度といきません。

受付が1人で捌いているから常に混んでいる。
外出から戻っても誰も見向きもせず、全員が忙しそうにしている。
動線の改善をされた方が良いと思う。

イオン薬局店内にも案内が掲示されてますが、スマホのアプリ「ポケットファーマシー」をインストールしておくと、病院で処方箋を送ってから、周辺のお店で買い物したりしてると、お薬の準備ができた連絡をくださります。
在庫が足りないとなった時も、事前に連絡をくださって、対応してくださったので、Goodだと思いました。
あとはイオンの薬局さんということで、WAON、各種電子マネー、クレジットカード対応なのも良いと思います。

１回目はお店に処方内容の物が足りなかったので、在庫がある物と全て揃ったら配達してくれる事になったが、薬の準備は会計後でも出来るだろうに今必要ない物まで準備していたのでかなり待たされた。
２回目も在庫が無かったのでまとめて送ってくれるかと思いきや、在庫がある分の配達は請け負っていないとのことで、送料が発生。
在庫が無い分だけ後日送るとのこと。
今まで同じ病気で他のいくつかの薬局でお世話になってきたが、こんな送料ケチってくる薬局は初めてです。
さらに待ち時間も他の1.5倍くらい！
もうここは使わないと固く決意しました！笑
