★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cool sight that was not crowded at all and very authentic. The gift shop there was very unique offering wares that you can't normally find in this kind of place. It was a super find even though we stumbled across it by accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ohhashi residence is situated a bit away from the kurashiki district, but the interior is better than the former ohara residence. It is a bit pity that it is surrounded by modern Japanese buildings that strip away its classic traditional beauty.
