ま	まるとも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店させて頂きました。店内の雰囲気、猫ちゃん、店員さんともに穏やかで、カフェメインというよりは猫ちゃんとのふれあいに重きを置いているように見受けられました。どの猫ちゃんも毛づやが良く、店員さんの説明も丁寧で、穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。猫のおもちゃが置いてあり、ふれあい方のコツも教えていらっしゃるような場面があり、接客も丁寧で、また行きたいと思えるお店でした。入店時間が書かれたカードを入店時に下げるのですが、60分90分コースの区切りが少々分かりづらい為、自分で確認出来るように腕時計か携帯でチェックしておいたほうがいいかもしれません。全体的に「お客様」より「お猫様」で至れり尽くせりのサービスではないものの、個人的にはそれが素晴らしいと思いました。 I visited the store for the first time. キ	キャプテンフリーダム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎月お世話になってる常連目線のレビューです。(猫が可愛いという点以外で書いておきます。) 【私が思う良いところ】 ①猫を大事にしている。 ②店員さんが気さく ③21時までやってくれてる(仕事終わりでも行ける時間) ④店構え的に男性１人でも入りやすい【たぶん悪い(と言われてしまう)ところ】 ①猫を商売道具と割りきってないので、猫が嫌がることや過度のストレスになることには、お客さんと言えども注意されます。 ②店員さんが気さくな分、常連さんがいるとき、新規のお客さんがおいてけぼり感を感じてしまうかも。(新規の方にはどんだけ話かけていいのかわからないというのもあり…) と、好きな店なのでやっぱり好意的な意見になっちゃいますね(^^; 「子猫子犬ならなんでもいい」って方には向いていないお店ですが、猫好きな方には、お店の猫を大事にしている点が魅力になると思います。 It is a review of the regulars eyes that is a monthly care. The system is easy to understand with rules in both Japanese and English. Interior is not so stylish but clean. The owner is friendly. The cats here are semi-rescue cats (some rescue cats, most were leftover from pet shops and were going to be used for breeding or put to sleep). There are 13 cat "staff" members at this cafe.
