I felt that the entrance fee of 1,000 yen was high for this area.

You can see various folk crafts. The entrance fee is 1,000 yen, but I think it's a little expensive. Is it difficult to repeat?

With this content, the admission fee of 1000 yen is too high.

People who like to watch them one by one, I think I can spend luxurious time. Of course, the daily necessities and culture of the old Kurashiki were introduced, as well as the areas outside the Kurashiki and countries were comparatively exhibited and it was worth seeing. I think that the magnificence and splendor of the exhibits at the Ohara Museum of Art and Crafts Museum are fashionable, but the contents are not losing anyhow regardless of the number of exhibits. It was pleasant to be able to feel the climate and history of Kurashiki on the exhibit. Although you can not take a picture, you do not need to be such a thing that you did not get impressed after that, after taking a picture of Pashapasha, being satisfied and imagining or feeling about the items, . One point deduction was due to the fact that the admission fee was a little high and the price setting of the items selling in the entrance room was a little balanced. Chillahora is a price item selling quarrels to common people. I wanted a catalog, but for the three book set (forgotten) is 5,000 yen or 6,000 yen? Even if I buy only one book it is halfway. I misunderstood in my heart "nobody can buy me".

The second oldest folk art museum in the country. It is managed by a foundation. Renovation of Yonekura has brought a wide range of exhibits such as pottery, bamboo work, glass and folk art from all over the country. Things from a long time ago are mainly, but they look quite new in their 40s. There is almost no description. Entrance fee is 700 yen.

The folk art museum with the second history in Japan after the Japan Folk Crafts Museum in Tokyo. The stone pavement in the Kurashiki exhibition hall, which was built immediately after the war, is a perfect match for the Bikan Historical Quarter. The exhibits seemed to be mostly folk crafts from the local Okayama prefecture, including Kurashiki glass. I also got the impression that there is a wide variety of types and regions compared to the Japan Folk Crafts Museum, which used to have a lot of ceramics. Above all, the number of chests lined up was a masterpiece. In terms of shops and products, folk crafts from the Chugoku-Shikoku region, including Okayama Prefecture, stood out. Some of them couldn't be bought even in Tokyo. It seems better to estimate the tour time to be about 30 to 45 minutes. If you visit Kurashiki and are interested in folk art, this is a must-see, but if you are not interested, it may be a waste of time. The admission fee of 1,000 yen seems to have different pros and cons.

According to other people's reviews, the admission fee of 1000 yen was high, but I was satisfied. It was early in the morning, so there weren't many people and I was able to take my time at my own pace. It was fun to see the exhibits from the perspective of sitting, as the various nice chairs were arranged in a nice way. To enter, take off your shoes and change into slippers. I was relieved that the slippers came out of the sterilization machine. I couldn't use e-commerce or bar code payment, only cash or card. At the museum shop, there were everything from affordable items such as postcards to expensive items such as vessels and knotting.

The admission fee is 1,000 yen which is a bit overprice for the content it houses. It is the building that has historical value, but the owner or foundation uses it to charge high price for being visiting inside.
