雲	雲外蒼天123 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奈良市七条町の極楽寺。大念仏寺を総本山とする融通念仏宗の寺院。「大和北部八十八ヶ所第二十八番二十九番霊場極楽寺」の石柱が立っている。石柱が立っていて寺院だと分かるが、気づかないで通り過ぎそうな住宅のようなお寺だ。駐車場はあるが道も駐車場入り口も狭いので初見では停めにくいと思う。ご住職は離れた場所にある３ヶ寺の住職を兼任されており、極楽寺でお会いするためには、事前に電話をして予約をする必要がある。必然的に、お葬式や行事等でお会いできない日もあるので、根気よく連絡をとることが望ましい。（参考：Facebook、「大和北部四国八十八ヶ所霊場」） Gokurakuji Temple in Shichijo-cho, Nara City. 原	原田雄介 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22/01/10　参拝薬師寺や唐招提寺と共に参拝。ご住職様が、隣の神社の祭礼の関係で御在寺。偶然の出来事。念願だった大和北部八十八ヶ所霊場のお参りが出来、御朱印を拝受することが出来ました。古い札所が書かれた資料もいただき、江戸時代の弘法大師様にもお会いできました。夕刻、突然のお参りでしたが、丁寧に対応していただきました。ありがとうございます。 22/01/10 Worship Worship with Yakushiji Temple and Toshodaiji Temple. 市	市村寿男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 江戸中期に廃寺となった大教寺の寺宝を引き継いで建てられた極楽寺は、融通念仏宗のお寺で弘法大師像をご本尊とする大和北部八十八ヶ所霊場・第29番札所。大正期に建てられた石柱には第28番、第29番札所とあるが、現在の第28番は行基が荼毘に付されたとのいわれのある往生院に変更されている。近鉄橿原線をはさんで薬師寺西側の住宅地の中にあり、近くに駐車場はあるが、周辺のアクセス道路は狭い。極楽寺のご住職は他の寺院の住職を兼ねておられ、参拝やご朱印には確認したほうが良いそうだが、22/02/21にふと思いついて出かけることにした。どなたも居られなかったのはいたしかたない。 Gokuraku-ji, which was built by taking over the treasure of Taikyo-ji, which was abandoned in the middle of the Edo period, is a temple of the Yuzu Nembutsu sect and is the 29th temple of the 88th temple in the northern part of Yamato, whose principal image is the statue of Kobo Daishi.
