一度は諦めたのですが、もし復旧してもらえるならと考え、データ復旧して頂けるところを探していました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年近く放置していたiMacのデータ復旧をお願いしました。iMacは2017のオールインワンモデルで外付HDD等でバックアップをとっていませんでした。過去データを閲覧しようと起動したら、リンゴマーク以後は画面がホワイトアウトになり動かない状態。
ネット上のあらゆる対策を試しましたが、改善されなかったので基盤の破損を疑い、アップル公式修理センターに持ち込み。重症で修復はほぼ不可能と言われました。
諦めかけていたところ、ネット検索で見て相談しました。現物を送り診断したところ基盤が熱で焼焦げており、難易度の高い作業になるとのことでした。しかしながら、作業手順や復旧可能性、金額について丁寧に説明をいただきお任せすることを決意しました。
私は復旧を急ぐ理由がなかったのて、スピードよりも復旧精度に努めてもらい、無事全データを回収できました。期間は約1ヶ月、費用は約10万程度だったかと。基盤の物理的破損といった絶望的な状況から考えれば適切な価格かと思い大変満足しております。今回の事で、素人根性で修理の真似事はせずにプロに任せる必要性を実感しました。
