K	Kurumi S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烏丸駅から歩いて7分くらいの場所にあるお店。いつも行列ですが今回平日の開店直後に通りかかると空いていたのでそのまま入店。店内には所狭しとパンが並んでいます。気になったものを購入。栗のモンブラン/210円　クリームパン/140円 +全粒粉の食パンを購入。栗のモンブランはクロワッサン生地に栗クリームと甘露煮のトッピング。栗クリームは二層。軽やかなクリームの下にこってりしたペースト？があり濃厚。生地が甘いのか全体的に結構甘かった。クリームパンは自家製クリーム入り。濃厚じゃない食べやすいカスタードといった感じ。こちらも甘め。種類多くCPも良い。若干甘めですがおすすめ。 A shop located about 7 minutes on foot from Karasuma Station. C	CATHERINE HUANG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は友達と京都のパンの旅に出た。こっちの店舗は結構好評だから伺いに来ました。完熟バナナのクロワッサンと栗のモンブランを購入しました。完熟バナナのクロワッサンは超油っぽいで生地は油の上に浮いてる感じでした。生地はクロワッサンよりクッキータルトみたいで崩れやすいし砂糖もめっちゃ入れました。名付けの脂肪と糖ですね。。。栗のモンブランはデニッシュ生地の上にモンブランを載せた。モンブランはなめらかで普通に美味しかった。 Today I went on a bread trip in Kyoto with my friends. B	Ben Was_Here on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best. A French trained Japanese pastry chef is creating memories here. Well worth your while. Opens at 11am and sells out a couple of hours later. Also does gourmet sandwiches. We ended up going here for breakfast every day for five days! Grab an ice coffee from 7 eleven and eats from here. Recommended.
