マ	マッサ。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 更衣室とロッカーを分ける意味（メリット？）が分からない。一体化したらその分大きなロッカーも確保できスペースを有効活用できる気がする。それ以外の設備、パーソナルもあり24時間利用OK、価格も満足しています。 I don't understand the meaning (merit?) Of separating the changing room and the locker. If integrated, I feel that I can secure a large locker and make effective use of the space. Other facilities and personal use are available 24 hours a day, and the price is satisfactory.
M	Masakazu Sekiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシーンを含めた設備が新しくてオシャレな空間。weight及びcardioを真剣にやる人には最高のジム。特筆すべきはフリーウエイトエリアの充実が素晴らしい。またレッスン系のクラスが無いので、クラス前後でぺちゃくちゃ喋って飛沫を飛ばす輩がいないのも安心してworkoutが出来る。また更衣室とシャワー室が個室なのでこれまたマスク無しで大声で話す老人もいないのでとても快適。星5つ出で無いのはスタッフが来る11時前はエアコンが弱く、暑さと湿気が不快で有った事が唯一のネガティブ要素。それ以外は大変満足。 A stylish space with new equipment including machines. The best gym for those who are serious about weight and cardio. It should be noted that the free weight area is wonderful. Also, since there are no lesson classes, you can work out with peace of mind that there are no people who talk and splash before and after the class. Also, since the changing room and shower room are private rooms, there are no elderly people who speak loudly without masks, so it is very comfortable. The only negative factor is that the air conditioner was weak and the heat and humidity were unpleasant before 11 o'clock when the staff came. Other than that, I am very satisfied.
M	Mike Sekiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約4ヶ月通っているが、非常に満足している。ジム内やマシーンも比較的新しく洗練された雰囲気。フリーウエイトエリアが非常に充実しており、午前中はどのマシーンも待つこと無く心行くまでトレーニング出来る。グループレッスンや集団更衣室も無いのでジム内で飛沫を飛ばしておしゃべりする輩がいないのが尚良い。中上級者にはまさに理想的なジム。 I've been there for about 4 months and am very happy with it. The atmosphere in the gym and the machine is relatively new and sophisticated. The free weight area is very substantial, and you can train to your heart's content in the morning without waiting for any machine. There are no group lessons or group changing rooms, so it is even better that there are no people in the gym who can splash and talk. An ideal gym for intermediate and advanced players.

Only the machines are okay but it is now too busy and the space is too small. If a new gym opens nearby, I will go immediately. Urbanfit24 is NOT recommended!
L	Laura Dex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to Anytime Fitness for 4 months and I got very tired of the atmosphere, the guys walking around thinking they're the best with the biggest muscles. The very bright light and the annoying music was also getting on my nerves. I did the trial day at Urban Fit 24 and really enjoyed it. Staff is very nice as well as the customers. Very fancy gym, nice machines, free water fountain and also free lockers to use when doing your session. Anytime nor Joyfit have any of that, and it's all for the same price. I recommend it. I'd say though that I prefer the one in Umeda than Namba, atmosphere in general and the staff are much better. Also, the one in Namba is pretty small and not a lot of variety when it comes to arm training machines.

However they are very expensive for a day pass (1800 yen) when most gyms are between 500-1000. Also they are not available until 11am which may not fit with travel plans.
