メーカー修理料金の約半額でしっかり修理してくれました。
担当者さんの高いPC知識と誠実な対応で安心してお任せでき、
わからないこともはっきり教えてくれて、親切に対応してくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MacBook Air の画面が急に映らなくなってしまい、店舗に持ち込みました。急ぎの修理を希望だったので、アポなしで訪れたのですが対応も大変良く丁寧な説明で安心して預ける事が出来ました。
最初の問診で「恐らく液晶パネル交換で修理が可能だと思います」と状態を見ての判断が早く、翌日の見積りの連絡でも液晶パネル交換で修理が可能と説明、在庫もあったので2日で修理完了と大変助かりました。
今回は急な依頼にも迅速に対応して頂き、本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PCの外付HDDとブルーレイレコーダー接続の外付HDDが認識しなくなったため、修理見積をお願いしましたが、対応可能かどうか原因を含めての調査、及び可能なデータ復旧範囲のレポート、依頼内容の確認、と段階を踏んでいただき、料金も依頼する内容に応じて確定する明瞭なものでしたので、とても信頼がもてました。
さらに料金的にも、代替HDD付きで復旧データを提示いただくのですが他社に比べ低価格で満足いくものでした。
