★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【MacBook Pro17inch MD311J/A 】まず、メールでの対応が素早いこと…しかも非常に丁寧です。起動時に異常がありグラフィックチップの交換を施していただきました。同時に内部清掃とバッテリー交換も。仙台↔東京のやり取りでしたが、1週間かからず愛するMacが元気になって帰って来て本当にうれしいデス。Apple社は生産終了からわずか5年で修理を受け付けなくなるので、多種の部品を有するMacリカバリーサービスの存在はありがたい限りです。

結果、部品交換という事になり、ロジボ交換、バッテリー交換含め見積もり額約10万円。
新しく買った方が安いので修理は見送り。原因究明料＋送料で7000円ほど支払いました。
気になったのは、私のmacはパーツを交換しておりi7のロジボを搭載しているのですが、見積もりではi5のロジボ交換となっていました。
ろくに内部も開けずに、適当に型番から修理部品見繕い、キャンセル前提で見積もりを出しているお店なのでは…と思ってしまいました。個人的に丁寧な仕事だとは思えません。
探せば見積もり無料、さらにロジボの交換ではなく修理まで請け負ってくれるお店がありますので、少なくとも水濡れの場合はここ以外に預けた方が良いのではないかと思います。

I thought that it was a shop that did not open the inside, repaired repair parts from the model number, and gave a quote on the premise of cancellation. I personally don't think it's a polite job.
If you look for it, you can get a free quote, and there are shops that will take care of repairs instead of replacing Logibo, so at least if it gets wet, I think it is better to leave it elsewhere.
