関係者以外通行禁止になっており、入れないです。

南に行くと音羽山、北に行くと三井寺経由で比叡山に通じる
2013年の台風18号で歩道橋北側斜面が崩落して以来長らく通行止めになっていたが、最近復旧された模様

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道1号線横の階段入口にはチェーンが張られてあり、ここから入って行ってはいけない(？)ようです
ただ、旧東海道にある蝉丸神社の奥から入って行くと、もしくは大津絵販売之地(ハン六)の石碑のある小道を登っていくと、逢坂山歩道橋まで行くことができます（もちろん渡ることもできます）
