★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一希望の物件の初期費用が予算オーバーだった為、その旨を伝え諦めようとしたところ、担当者様から「何とか減額できるよう交渉してみますので最後のチャンスをください！」との返答がありました。
正直、あまり期待はせずに交渉をお願いしたところ、大幅に減額された金額を提示して頂きました。
それでも予算は若干オーバーしていましたが、担当者様の素晴らしい対応に私も妻も感激してしまい、契約をお願いすることに決めました。
今後もこのエリアで引越す際は、まずはこちらに相談をしようと思います。
この度は、私共の無茶なお願いを嫌な顔ひとつせず、丁寧にご対応頂きありがとうございました。
