まずネットで公開されている図面が間違っていて、行ってみてようやく物件の致命的な欠点が分かるものでした。
その方も口では「すみません」と言うものの、イマイチ申し訳無さや深刻さの感じられない物言い。
物件に関する知識も不足しているようで、特に予備知識もなく、片手間で見せに来たという感じでした。
私は学生で、遠方に住む親の代わりに京都の物件を見せていただいたのですが、若いし他所の出身ということもあり、値踏みされてナメられていたのだろうと思います。
京都では福○不動産の方や住○不動産販売の方にも内覧にお付き合いいただいたことがありますが大変丁寧で、このような不快な対応は初めてです。
ご多忙の中だったのでしょうが、最後も「では私はこれで失礼します」と軽く言い残してそそくさと帰っていきました。
とても社会人、営業マンの立ち居振る舞いとは思えない方でした。
