井	井上正志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 両替の金額間違えるなんてありえない。手数料も店員さんで言うことが違って意味が分からない。対応は丁寧なだけで、社員教育の徹底が全くなってない。こんな銀行初めてです。ビックリ。 You can't get the wrong amount for money exchange. The fees are different from what the staff say, so I don't understand what they mean. The response is only polite, and thorough employee education has not been achieved. This is the first time for such a bank. I'm surprised.
南	南二郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低でした！！怒！！こんなに低い評価は初めて付けました。年老いた母の口座を作りに行きましたが個人情報など全て記入し、他に話など聞き取りに40分ほど費やしその聞き取りでも言葉の解釈が出来ないのか？意味が違った方向へ外れてスッタモンダで挙げ句の果てには、母がパニックに成るような言葉を浴びせて、有らぬ疑いをかける様な態度で口座を作れないと言い放ち、時間は無駄にするし、記入させた情報を返却する事もなく、本当にこんな対応の銀行が存在するのか？全く許しがたい扱いを受けました。言葉だけは敬語風の丁寧そうな言葉を発していましたが、やっていることは、三流会社の非常識な社員がする振る舞いそのものでした。行ってみて対人対応をすればきっと分かりますが、行かない方が良いです。店舗を出てすぐその足で、1ブロック先の三井住友銀行に入り、同じ内容で問題無く口座を作りました。先の店で時間を無駄にした為に14:50 と閉店間際でしたが、気持ちよく対応頂きました。三井住友銀行さんには、大感謝です。 It was the worst! !! It was about to close at 14:50 because I wasted time at the previous store, but I was happy to respond. I am very grateful to Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation.
