★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関内店で食べたことがあって、今回は池袋店に伺いました。味は関内店と一緒でした。美味しかったです！お客さんも店員さんも中国人で、最初にいた中国人の店員さんは日本語が喋れなくて困ってたんですが、その後にきた店員さんは日本語が喋れて無事に注文できました。

「マーラータン」壁の100円串を適当に５本選んでプラスチックの箱に突っ込んで店員さんに渡す。いかにもな中国人男性が日本語可。『辛さは？』→「中辛」。「『麺は？』とカウンターの麺数種を指さすので「刀削麺」。と、その上に張ってある肉種より「羊肉」も追加。
どんなものが来るのかとドキドキ。
だいぶ美味しい濃厚豚骨（桂花に近い？）に麻辣醬の良い香り。麺は少な目。具は油麩が絶品でした。勢いついてレタスチャーハン(油っぽいのにさっぱり。硬めの米が良い。）を追加。〆て1500円位。満腹満足じゃ。店内は中国語が飛び交って、良い雰囲気。中国人がひっきりなし来店の繁盛店でした。

Hard rice is good). It's about 1500 yen. I'm satisfied with my stomach. Chinese is spoken in the store, and it has a nice atmosphere. It was a thriving store where Chinese people visited the store all the time.

私は牛筋麺をセレクト。モチモチです！
具材は、キクラゲ ジャガイモ キャベツ 肉にしましたが、ジャガイモと肉が旨い。スープも牛尾や豚骨の感じに程よい辛さ。
スープ飲み干せます。
ちょっと一人で入って、注文の仕方の勝手がわからなかったけれども、次からは大丈夫。
このうまさは癖になりそう。
個人的には藍州ラーメンよりも好み。
麺自体4種くらいあったので、次回は違う麺にしてみます。
いまは星三つにしたけど、次回も良かったら増やします！

あんまり綺麗！と言う感じではないですが、茶πが置いてあったのでついつい…♡♡
辛さもちょうど良くて美味しかったです！
店員さんが全然日本語話せない方でびっくりしましたが、結構なんとかいけます（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious Malatang with plenty of ingredients to choose from. The broth taste is quite deep, but the spice level is Japanese spicy level. I ordered the spiciest version but it was barely spicy for me.
They also have decent choices of items you can take out such as chicken feet and pork knuckles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the other branch and the service is just different. I know Chinese culture doesn't have the same customer service as Japanese culture but they can try to smile or be friendly. Otherwise it just feels they are shouting at you.
