★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 六郷田無道(ろくごうたなしみち)が青梅街道に合流する所から300m程の所にある。
以下、西東京市HPより抜粋し一部加筆訂正したものを紹介する。
享保8(1723)年、青梅街道と飯能(所沢)街道の追分(分かれ道)に、付近の住民23人の講中が造立したもので道標を兼ねていた。台石を含めた塔の高さ3メートル余、このような大型の庚申塔は多摩地方では珍しい。昭和40(1965)年頃、所沢街道拡幅のため移設。その後平成18(2006)年に現在地に移設され、造立当時に比較的近い場所になった。

The following is an excerpt from the Nishitokyo City website with some corrections.
In Kyoho 8 (1723), it was built on the Oiwake (branch road) of the Ome Kaido and Hanno (Tokorozawa) Kaido by 23 local residents, and it also served as a guidepost. The height of the tower including the pedestal is more than 3 meters, and such a large Koshinto is rare in the Tama region. Relocated around 1965 to widen the Tokorozawa Highway. After that, it was relocated to the present location in 2006, and it became a place relatively close to the time of its construction.
