Their noodle are spagetti like thickness and chewiness. Seito tan-tan has very strong sweet and sour taste. I am sot sure how close to the original Chendu taste it is. But It certainty is the taste of street foods. You can enjoy it in clean, tidy environment. All noodles contains chilis and sichuan peppers so be careful if you are not familiar with hot foods.
