It is said that Shigetsushi Okada was built in the second year of Onagai (1522). I didn't know ? H	H Tj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「小幡城跡」最初の築城は、戦国時代の1522年、織田敏信・織田信安の家臣・岡田重篤(岡田与七郎重篤が築いたとされている。1584年（天正12年）に起きた「小牧長久手合戦」の前哨戦である「白山林の戦い」では、徳川家康は三河との連絡路を保つため、この城を修築し本多広孝に守備させたが、その後は役割を終え廃城となった。標高28.5mの平山城です。城址は現在は宅地化され、遺構はないが、西城小学校や阿弥陀寺のあたりが城域で、案内板が建てられている。 "Obata Castle Ruins" The first castle was built in 1522 during the Warring States period, and is said to have been built by Toshinobu Oda, a vassal of Nobuyasu Oda, Shigeatsu Okada (Yoshichiro Okada Shigeatsu). In the "Battle of Hakusanrin", which is the outpost of the "Battle of Komaki Nagakute", Ieyasu Tokugawa repaired this castle and made it defended by Hirotaka Honda in order to maintain a connection with Mikawa, but after that it ended its role and was abandoned. It is Hirayama Castle with an altitude of 28.5m. The ruins of the castle are now converted into residential land, and there are no remains, but the area around Saijo Elementary School and Amida Temple is the castle area, and information boards are built.

C	Chris D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad such an historic site has been turned into this. Kind of typical here for their history to be bulldozed for building new condos that aren’t needed. Would be nice to have at least more than a sign to proxy what’s left of the bulwarks and earthworks of this once strategic castle.
