★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年の時点、周辺の外堀の浚渫工事に伴って保護のためか通路のためか鉄パイプが巡らせてある。それはそれとしてこのマーカーの必要性は限りなく低いように思う。
As of 2019, steel pipes have been installed for protection or passages along with the dredging work in the surrounding outer moat. It seems that the need for this marker is as low as it is.

To be honest, I can not look close. However, there is a signboard prohibiting entry to Australia, so I gave up. Will it be a crime of building invasion when it enters?
