★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもいい香りがします。ロクシタン好きですが、新宿、銀座は店舗がかなり減ってしまって残念です。路面店や駅に面したお店は特に外までいい香りがしてきて癒されました。ヨーロッパの主要都市に比べて人工的で自然が少ない東京に、もっとロクシタンみたいなお店があれば色々な人たちがほっとして笑顔になれると思います。
It always smells good. I like L'Occitane, but I am sorry that the number of stores in Shinjuku and Ginza has decreased considerably. The roadside shops and shops facing the station have been healed with a particularly good scent outside. If you have more shops like L'Occitane in Tokyo, which is artificial and has less nature than the main cities in Europe, I think various people will be able to smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60代の母、20代の私の二人で行きました。店員さんは二人いましたが、母には丁寧な接客をして、私には何も対応なし。母のほうが気を遣って「これいい香りだよ」と試供品を渡してくれましたが、店員は私を無視。一緒にいたのにいないものとして扱われました。金のなさそうな若者には対応して頂けないのですね。がっかりしました。もう行きたくありません。
I went with my mother in my 60s and my 20s. There were two clerk, but my mother was polite and I didn't deal with anything. My mother was more careful and gave me a free sample, “This is a good scent,” but the clerk ignored me. They were treated as if they were not together. You can't deal with young people who don't seem to have money. I was disappointed. I don't want to go anymore.
