スタッフのレベルが大変低く、自身の業務、自分が使用している機械等への理解も不十分。そのためひとつひとつの手続きや業務に異常に時間がかかる。
ちょっとした変更手続きにも様々な個人情報を登録されそうになる。恐らく営業等に利用されると思われる。
通帳解約の際にも、勤務先の名前や役職、勤務先の住所や電話番号まで登録されそうになって、拒否するとあからさまに不機嫌になり、解約でも必要です！と言われた。そんな訳ないだろうと、他店で解約手続きすると大変スムーズに出来た。もちろん当たり前のことだが、勤務先登録などなかった。
数回訪れたが一度も不愉快にならなかったことがない、最悪の店舗。
不必要な手続き、登録、時間がかかるので、他の支店のでの手続きを強くお勧めします。

Even when canceling the passbook, the name and title of the office, the address and telephone number of the office are about to be registered, and if you refuse, you will be overtly in a bad mood, and you need to cancel! I was told. If that wasn't the case, I could do it very smoothly when I canceled the contract at another store. Of course, there was no work registration.
The worst store I've visited several times but never felt uncomfortable.
We strongly recommend that you go to another branch as it takes unnecessary procedures, registration and time.
