M	Maki Makino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方々の態度は医療事務のプロと言うよりは親切な近所のおばちゃんといった感じです。よく言えばフレンドリー悪く言えばずけずけした物言いの方が多いです。家のことはなるべく他人には聞かれたくないのに、他にも人がいる待合室で毎回世間話をして家庭内のことを聞いてくるので、非常にバツの悪い思いをしました。（しかもタメ口というか、小学校の先生の生徒に対する口調のような感じです）他の患者さんのですが、電話番号を大声で復唱しているところに居合わせたこともあります。受付の方同士で常連(？)らしき患者さんご一家の噂話（決して悪口や治療上のことでなく、○○ちゃんは元気そうね、かわいいわね、程度ですが）をしているのも聞きました。また先生も治療上関係のないことを聞いてくることがちょくちょくありました。こういったことをアットホームで素晴らしいと感じられる方もいらっしゃるのでしょうが、私には合いませんでした。私個人は医療事務のプロフェッショナルとして守秘義務を守り事務的に対応してくれる病院のほうが好きです。まあ子どもの扱いは確かに上手なのでプライベートなことを他人に聞かれても大丈夫な方にはオススメです。 The attitude of the receptionists is more like a friendly neighborhood aunt rather than a medical professional.
