→ 有人の店頭では、漢字とカタカナを書かせるのは止めて欲しいな。振込手数料は定められた金額を支払うので、記入しないで済むようにしてくださいませ。

窓口の対応は（人にもよるかもしれませんが）とても良かったです。
Convenient near the station. As others have written, the ATM is on the 2nd floor. It may be a security issue, but it is inconvenient.
The response at the counter was very good (depending on the person).
